Hi! I'm Ashley. I've been practicing Therapy for 10 years and am honored to have sat across from so many incredible souls. Life can be so beautiful. It can also be so incredibly hard and challenging to navigate. I'd love to support you as you seek healing and restoration.

Having worked in this field for years, my specialties include anxiety, depression, eating disorders and body image, life adjustments, parenthood, infertility and perinatal support, and women's issues among other things.​ When I am not in the Therapy office, I am playing with my sweet kiddo, trying all the coffee with my supportive husband, and spending time with family and friends.

As a therapist, I believe in creating a warm, inviting space where individuals, couples, and families can explore and heal from life's challenges. With Gottman Level 1 training, I work with couples to enhance communication, resolve conflict, and deepen emotional connection. My approach is also informed by my experience working with neurodivergent children, adolescents, and adults, where I offer a compassionate and tailored approach to meet unique needs.

In addition to my expertise in trauma-informed care, I use a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), person-centered, and strengths-based approaches to empower clients. I also incorporate expressive arts into therapy, allowing individuals to process and explore their emotions creatively and at their own pace. Whether you're navigating relationship struggles, adjusting to life in a blended family, or seeking support as a neurodivergent individual, I’m here to help you move forward with clarity and confidence.

 

When I’m not working, you can often find me enjoying the great outdoors with my husband or relaxing with my English Bulldog, Mabel, who brings joy and grounding to my life. I truly understand how important it is to find balance and peace, and I bring this understanding to the work I do with my clients, helping them find their own path to healing and growth.

Hello everyone!
My name is Jessika and I am starting my Clinical Marriage and Family Counseling practicum through WKU!!
My heart is set on helping families function happier and healthier, especially mommas who need extra support, navigating post-partum challenges.  I just received my Gottman Level 1 Certification for couple’s counseling. My goal is to balance real compassion with professionalism and help clients from an authentic perspective. While I love person-centered, strengths-based approach to counseling, I believe the world just needs real emotion and raw feelings, balanced with structured knowledge to help us in the best way possible.

I believe therapy is most healing when it feels safe, supportive, and authentic. My goal is to create a space where you feel truly seen, heard, and accepted just as you are. Together, we’ll work toward uncovering your strengths, building self-compassion, and finding new ways to navigate life’s challenges.

I have experience working in higher levels of care, including PHP and IOP, which has shaped my passion for supporting individuals through difficult seasons. I specialize in eating disorders, body image concerns, disordered eating, anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, relationship challenges, and life transitions. I especially enjoy walking alongside adolescents and young adults as they grow and discover their sense of self.

My approach is holistic and person-centered, and I love incorporating creativity into the therapeutic process. Whether through art, music, yoga, or movement, I believe expressive therapies can open doors to healing in ways words sometimes cannot. I also strive to create an affirming space for people of all identities and backgrounds, and I am committed to providing LGBTQ+ affirming care.

Outside of the therapy room, you can often find me with my puppy, Nash, taking dance classes, baking, enjoying live music, or spending time with friends and family.

Hi there! My name is Ren, and I’m a Clinical Counseling Intern finishing my Masters Degree in Counseling and Student Affairs at Western Kentucky University.

 

I have a passion for helping people connect with themselves and find the strength within to live a beautiful life. As a Therapist Intern, I operate from a person-centered / strength based approach focusing on taking a holistic view of the individual and what makes them who they are.

 

I am also passionate about working with members of the LGBTQ+ community as an individual going through a journey of transitioning, youth and young adults, as well as neurodivergent individuals. My hope is to provide a space for you to be free and express yourself openly; and I look forward to meeting and walking alongside you in your healing journey.
