​Many insurance plans offer partial reimbursement for services provided by out-of-network providers. We are happy to provide you with a detailed receipt (superbill) that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Our team is also available to guide you through the process, help you understand your out-of-network benefits, and assist you in maximizing your eligible reimbursement.

Approaching your healing journey can feel overwhelming and challenging. I would love to help you along the way. I am experienced in working with life transitions and adjustments, anxiety, depression, eating disorders and body image concerns, infertility, relational issues, trauma, and women's issues. AVC offers reduced therapy rates of $100, $85 and $35.

Sessions with AVC's advanced LPCA's are $100 / clinical hour
Sessions with AVC's 1st year LPCA's are $85 / clinical hour
Sessions with AVC's Clinical Counseling Intern are $35 / clinical hour

EMDR $100-$150 / Clinical Hour

EMDR or Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing is a form of Therapy most notably used with trauma. I have been trained in EMDR for nearly 10 years and can incorporate it into all therapeutic practices and sessions. EMDR can provide resources for when you feel overwhelmingly activated and while it's approach can feel rapid and intense at times, the change that comes along with it will leave you feeling empowered and in awe.

Group Therapy

Group therapy allows for processing in and amongst a safe place. Your expressions and feelings can be held and honored. Your voice can be shared. Growth will occur.
