As a boutique therapy company, we have the space and freedom to support our clients without the constraints of insurance. We offer individual, family, couples, & group therapy along with coaching services for those finding themselves in life transitions. Because our practice operates outside of insurance networks, we are able to maintain a high level of clinical autonomy and client privacy. This allows us to draw from a range of therapeutic modalities and tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs using experiential, expressive and nuanced approaches that support each persons individual healing.​

In addition, we also provide treatment grounded in evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Polyvagal Theory, mindfulness, and self-compassion. Our therapists also bring a range of specialized trainings, such as eating disorder treatment, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, EMDR, and Postpartum Support International’s Perinatal Mental Health Counselor certification, among others.​​ ​​
