At AVC, we are a boutique therapy company offering individual, family, couples, & group therapy along with coaching services for those finding themselves in life transitions.
Our therapists bring a range of specialized trainings such as eating disorder treatment, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, EMDR, and training through Postpartum Support International, among others.
Ashley Vicari Counseling is an inclusive and welcoming space for all.
OUR APPROACH:
Our treatment is grounded in evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), mindfulness, self-compassion, and more.
*Ashley Vicari Counseling is Out Of Network with all insurances but that doesn't mean our services are not covered by your insurance.
Many insurance plans offer partial reimbursement for services provided by out-of-network providers. We are happy to provide you with a detailed receipt (superbill) that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Our team is also available to guide you through the process, help you understand your out-of-network benefits, and assist you in maximizing your eligible reimbursement.
