At AVC, we have an incredible team of Mental Health Counselors dedicated to providing therapy for all. From artists and creatives to those finding their way along a journey that has included pain, we are here to support you on your healing journey. Our Therapists specialize in supporting adolescents and adults as they navigate ADHD, adult development & life transitions, anxiety & depression, eating disorders & body image concerns, family & couples counseling, healing from narcissistic abuse, OCD, phase-of-life concerns, relational healing, trauma, and support for the LGBTQIA+ community. We also offer dedicated care for women’s mental health, including perinatal & postpartum support and infertility-related challenges.  

Our treatment is grounded in evidence-based approaches, including EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), Polyvagal Theory, mindfulness, and self-compassion. Our therapists also bring a range of specialized trainings, such as eating disorder treatment, Gottman Method Couples Therapy, EMDR, and Postpartum Support International’s Perinatal Mental Health Counselor certification, among others.​​ ​​
