My Story

I believe there is no “one-size-fits-all” approach to therapy. Every person brings a unique story, perspective, and purpose. My goal is to create a space where you are empowered to explore your story, build on your strengths, and move toward the life you want to live. My work is grounded in evidence-based practices, while I tailor treatment to each individual's needs I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Schemas, Person-Centered, Trauma-Informed, Gottman Method principles, Gestalt Therapy, and Adlerian Therapy to create an approach that best supports your goals.

I have experience supporting individuals navigating developmental trauma, family-of-origin concerns, burnout, anxiety, attachment wounds, perfectionism, eating disorders, adjustment disorders, narcissistic abuse, neurodivergence, and the many systemic factors that can impact mental health.

Outside of the counseling room, I'm a lifelong learner who enjoys a good book, spending time outdoors, running, doodling, watching a movie, listening to music, and was a three-sport collegiate athlete, who somehow has ACLs in tact!

Whether you're facing a difficult season, working through past experiences, or simply hoping to better understand yourself, I'd be honored to walk alongside you in your journey toward healing and growth.
